We do not source, screen, vet, shortlist, or introduce candidates. You manage all applicants directly. 


 

Your vacancies are published across LinkedIn and major job boards, including Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, CV-Library, and SEEK (subject to platform availability and role location).


Yes. Each package allows multiple live vacancies at the same time, up to the job limit of your chosen tier.
The Unlimited package operates under a fair usage policy. 


All vacancies must represent genuine, live roles.
For Unlimited packages, a soft limit of around 40 live vacancies at any one time applies to ensure quality and performance. 


Vacancies are open until closed manually, replaced or the contract comes to an end.


Yes. You receive portal access to view all applicants, manage responses, and move candidates through customisable application tracking stages. 


You can upgrade at any time.
Downgrades are not permitted during the contract term. 


The minimum term is 3 months. After this, the service continues on a rolling monthly basis with notice.


All payments are made in advance.
Invoices are issued monthly and must be paid within 7 days to keep the service active. 


In most cases, yes.
Clients typically save 40–65% per month compared to advertising directly on LinkedIn, particularly when posting multiple roles. 


Unused job slots do not roll over. The subscription covers visibility and posting capacity within each monthly billing period.


You do. All applicant data belongs to the hiring company. Medtechrec does not reuse or redistribute candidate information.
